You read the newspapers. You watch the TV.
The stories of corruption and imperious attitude of the elected representatives for the laws of the land disgusts you.
You may complain or whine for a minute. You think it is too big a problem for one person to make a difference. You turn the paper to read another story. You switch off the TV. You ignore the problem, and it never goes away.

- I realized early on that depth of feeling appeals more than sesquipedalian loquaciousness. Turns out, Phil Collins agrees. To quote him "...it's actually the simplest thing that reaches people". I started with fictional comic pieces on people I knew, and slowly branched out into short stories, reviews, travelogues, random musings and poetry.
